My ex used to do all sorts of things to try and cheat his way into being healthy as fast as he possibly could. He'd eat healthily for a few months straight and take supplements like nitrix to help speed things up. I don't think that was a bad way of doing things but he could have stuck with it longer and done it in an eased approach. I know it's going to take time to get me where I want to be and that's okay with me. I know that if I do things the right way, they will be more likely to stick with me and become a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix. When it comes to health, a long term solution that is permanent is more likely to be effective than some short term alternative. I can't wait to see what I'll look and feel like in a year from now!
