Back to the Workforce?

Things have changed slightly, and money is something to be more concerned about lately. My BF took a layoff until the beginning of next year and I'm not sure how we're going to make it through the holidays this time. I'm not too worried, I have a few jobs lined up, but at the same time, it makes me think about the future and how I can be more prepared later. I've always held some sort of customer service job and I thought that it would be fun to do something with Help Desk Specialist Jobs again. I really enjoyed knowing that I could make a small difference in someone's day doing that kind of work and I'd really like to be able to do something like that again.
